they can be bad when people abuse them as with anything else out of all of them i'd say hgh and winstrol would be the safest to use in the right doses i myself have never done them but have read about them and studied them for about 4 years now and u see the anger and all the bad stuff u hear about people doing i'd say 9 out of 10 times is because there being abused like when u should only take say 50cc a week and guys take 1000cc every 2 or 3 days and if u do half the dose ur body calls for it will still work but not as quick but ur being safe too so i'd say read alot more on them b4 u think about the ones u might take and i'd stay away from the real strong ones like d ball and all the big stacks they do and don't do something cause ur friends are telling u to do it because u know what it is and does and the knowledge u have of it not just to fit in
