No one said it would be comfortable, like were some hippies prancing in a meadow.......everyday would consist of surviving. I have an attraction to the hardship.

I would hunt, fish, and eat bugs. I would grow my own food as well, and scour. I would boil my water with a fire. But I'm not phobic towards the quality of my water since I'm drinking water likely contaminated with lead anyway. Hard to say nature would contaminate drinking water with lead pipes.

As for something to put on my feet, I'll figure it out eventually and deal with the pain.

And yup, if I was living in the wild, I'd have no desire wipe my ass

Of course I wouldn't do it, because I enjoy being comfortable as well. But a cabin in the woods would be a nice compromise!

Most of us are so far detached from the environment around us that I'm not sure the majority of mankind could survive on their own..in the wilderness. I know I could, I have a love for being in the woods. There's something special to me to be in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by the primal elements, surviving off of only what you really need.
