For the pure freedom of action, with no responsibility other than to stay alive. A simple task for those so trained.

we havent lived in the wild in 2000 years in America anyway,
    Visit Alaska.

Move to a third World country they still rely on a Donkey <><A possibility, but instead of being clean and untouched it is filthy.

ever heard of campgrounds? campers? pop ups are good! keeps your ass off the cold ground
So does piling up leaves and evergreen branches. And sometimes the cold ground feels good.

what would you eat/ road kill? poison berries?
Animals that I have killed, bugs, vegetation. I have a pretty good mental catalogue of edible plants and berries from around the world in different climate zones.

how would you get your water? ice? cereal? cold glass of milk ? with granmas warm chocolite cookies? hmmm? Water?
Condensation, precipitation, above or underground water springs or sources, vegetative material. Obviously a cold glass of milk and some cookies would be out of the question. I could care less. If you are in an arctic climate, ice is readily available. And where theres ice, theres water.

If ya boil creek/river water you MIGHT avoid some dead carcass germs thats died in the creek, creek/river water is well known to b unsanitary~
If you boil water for 10 minutes you WILL kill all bacteria and viruses, it will taste slightly flat, but will be absolutely safe.

When surrounded by salt water, you can form a type of solar still where some type of film is suspended over the salt water. Heat from the sun will cause the water to evaporate where it will condensate on the film. If you set it up to drip down in a separate bowl, that water will be desalinated and safe to drink.

what are ya gonna do when your shoes wear out from walking?
Find two bunnies and shove a foot in each one of their asses. Voila, bunny slippers. Moccasins are not hard to make at all, and very very effective. Animal hyde boots with fur are warm as well when properly constructed.

what about toilets ya just gonna shit in the dirty? a leaf! as toilet paper dont sound fun !
Find a downed tree. Sit on it, shit over the other side in a pre-dug hole. Cover it up. Use non-poisonous leaf. Its not as bad as it sounds. And yes Ive done it countless times.

Living in the wild will kill ya we arent cave people
Living in the wild will kill somebody who wasnt meant to.
Some of us, however, have a bit of wild still in us.

    Id get another brain fart

The comforts of modern life often times feel more like complexities. I can survive much more comfortably if all my energy is going towards survival and enjoyment of my surroundings. I could effortlessly live for the next hundred years with nothing but a knife. There are others like me as well.

I spent 8 years in Alaska, and went out for weeks at a time in -30 degree weather with nothing but some kind of warm clothes, a knife and a couple matches. I had a blast every time, and hated coming back.

    THIS MAN KNOWS!!!

Edit: Also about staying warm, you dig 2 trenches about a foot longer then your body 5 feet apart parallel to each other and start a fire in them and sleep between on evergreen branches, warm and comfortable year around

I just bought a cabin the the Adirondack Mountains near Lake Placid about 5 miles away from Whiteface Mountain (im a BIG skiier). In fact, I closed on the place last Friday. I am completely in shock that I finally got the place of my dreams. I live in New York City so you can imagine how I felt when I sat in the living room in my cabin at night in the middle of nowhere and sparked up a nice full bowl of Haze and about 20 deer ran across the property...the exhale and subsequent rush let me know that I had arrived at my destiny. I love the woods and the outdoors in general but we cant go completely wild, were not built for it anymore. If youre going to buy a place like mine do it now because if you dont you'll be at least a year older when you do. EVERYONE IS INVITED...ESPECIALLY THE LADIES!!

ill be honest, i might be able to live there with some friends and family or something.. but i would never want to stay in the woods for anything longer than a camping trip.

Well... im sure you are a woman... in this case, i fear you would never understand it... its a male thing... as we man would never understand what is the matter in going outside without makeup and so...

BTW, i also would love to live isolated from the society, in a far place... i plan to do it as soon as possible... to have my own house (or cave if possible), with all psychedelic plants, cacti, mushrooms, frogs, etc... and live a happy life. :stoned:
