what to expect from this bagseed

hello, I am curious about what quality of bud I can expect to end up with from growing from these bag seeds. I recently bought a bag of some nice bud, but it's not top grade. It has a strong smell and the texture of the buds are pretty nice. It's not really sticky but does have a good amount of trichomes, just not the sort of appearance of the really exotic kill. It has sticks and stems. My question is.... if I were to grow this under optimal indoor conditions, would the bud turn out better? Would the bud to stem ratio be greater if this strain were grown indoors instead of outdoors, which is where I presume this weed was grown since it has seeds. It appears to be a commercial variety, nothing too out of the ordinary... although the smell is quite strong. Dark green color with reddish brown hairs. I'm trying to decide if I should grow from these seeds or go through the hassle and expense of ordering top genetics from a seed bank.

Grow what you have, (for practice) and while you are waiting for maturity, carefully choose and order some quality stock from one of the Cannabis.com sponsers.

What you have may be from fantastic stock, but immature when harvested, or accidentally pollinated, thus affecting quality of the final product.
