    uncured or just bad?

i'm currently growing blueberry and N/L,i choose these because my last recon mission to holland provided these tasty candidates(N/L easy to grow B/B very tasty).
now my question, before my last trip i was all set on growing ak47(i fell in love with that strain, maybe 10 years ago)but on my last trip it was incredoubly harsh!like i was smoking with the flu or something it really hurt my thoat!.the stars on that trip were nycd,N/L,major train wreck and blueberry so on my return i duly started my crop of N/L and B/L(others to hard to grow,or to expensive).i get back start growin read up,do my home work and find the curing section,i find that uncured buds taste harsh.
my question is in a sellers market like amsterdam in a reputible coffeshop, would they sell uncured budds?and i was robbed,or has ak47 got harsh!

i bet some places that are selling on a commercial scale would skimp on curing and flushing them the right way. but... i have never been to amsterdam or smoked ak47. from what i read, even though it can be legal to sell there the stores themselves are not allowed to keep a stock. what they have that day must get sold that day. so if they were trying to keep a certain thing on the shelves and it was a best seller you might not have gotten the best product. this came from tips on amsterdam in HT, they also said purchase the bud, not pre-rolled joints since you might end up with the bottom of the barrell or box that way.

In Amsterdam they can only hold a certain amount at one time. Once it runs low they go to a station to get more to put on the shelves in the coffee shops.

They have to buy it from these stations/vendors and the vendor prob gave them a deal becasue it wasnt as good but tourists pay the same or around the higher prices.

Basically they bought a 1/3 sack and sold it for 3/3 to you as a tourist.

    Names nowdaze are bunk.
There could be thousands of northernLights strains since mixing isnt standardized. So one says northernlights when it really evolved "from" but has totally different characteristics but in a way "is" nl, then they have nl#5 what about 1,2,3,4 or #6 until what number???

    Ak48 now????

Names dont do much but add society style selling to cannabis growing (A.e Lying to sell a bag or clone/seed) Instead of being caring, kewl and truthful they make up a name so they appear to have many strains.

Id say only actual seed producers have a hold on what is real or not. Captured strains are the only strains that can hold its characteristics or they discontinue the stock. I think seed banks should have a standard, like only certain seedbank companies can adjust or claim certain strains for validity (legalize so we can set a standard and apply an honest industry)

i should know this, but it has been a long time since i have read it. like who originally breed the northern lights. i think it was #1 through #11 or 12. #1 and #5 turned out to be the best for what they were looking for and they were very different themselves.
