i wanna smoke again and i need advice.

i had to quit smoking because i was getting panic attacks from weed i heard it was common but i developed panic disorder from it and i still want to smoke... does anybody else here have this problem with panic attacks after smoking? give me some advice on what i should do because i love good old mary jane :rasta::smokin:

my friend got that once. the reason he snapped was cause he was on adderal, i guess it doesnt mix well with the weed. if your on meds you should check out any side effects and stuff when mixed with weed.

Yeah, if you are taking something else with ganja it might be a bad mix. If not I'd suggest just starting slow again. No need to dive into the 5 foot bong yet :jointsmile:

well thats a good point because i think i was accually mixing vicodin with beer and weed. not good. maybe i should start out with less potent weed like shwag???

Booze and weed can be a serious combination for a lot of people. I'd start with just weed and see how it treats you. But I wouldn't think you need shitty weed, just don't drink or take pills before.

it's not the weed that's the problem. mixing alcohol and prescriptions is never good. the weed doesn't help either.

im perscribed for xanax everyday tho. so i was thinkin i should take it in the morning and smoke later in the day. or just wake n bake

Blaze, I'd suggest a little "one hitter" pipe- and use it that way- one hit and stop. Keep it up for a week or three, and see how it goes. If it goes well, make that 2 hits and so on...

If it goes badly, wait another year or two. Biochemistry and "where your head is at" change as you age. A few rare people have a biochemistry/psychology that just doesn't mix with pot. If this is you for either reason, you have my sympathy.

And, kids please don't mix pills and booze! At 60, I've lost way too many people to that combo! - Granny
