Zeb, I consider myself a newb, only second gro like the thread suggests, and i have read about transplanting causing stress, u are right. But the thing is, my area only allows for 8 1gal pots or about 4 5gal pots, so what i am doing is veg'ing 8 plants. Hopefully after sexing i will have at least 4 females, law of averages. etc etc. This is when i will go to the 5 gal's and ditch the boys. U r right but i have other plans :rastasmoke: :hippy:

Haha, yep it was a bit back in the thread. A nostalgic little post. BUT just wrap it in something you can peel back if you wanna check out the roots every now and then. I'm totally going to use clear cups.

I have now had my cooltube installed for a whole day . I cannot believe how much it is helping out, it has already brought the daytime temps from around 87-88F down to about 80F, and i dont even have an active exaust fan going yet :thumbsup::thumbsup:. Hopefully after i get my inline i will be temp problem free. I also have to cleane the cooltube tomoro, since i got it kind of dirty and smudged up tofay, when i was putting it together.

Thanks afghooey, I appreciate that. Yea, I had seen some DIY cooltubes online but none of them were detailed enough for me. So I kind of just bought a bunch of stuff and put it together. I wasnt really sure what i was doing, but i think it worked out good. I still have to locate a fan for it tho.

Ill have some updated closeups tomoro

Looking forward to the pics! Do you have a fan on those seedlings by chance? It'd be good to strengthen up those lil stems, especially with the stretching.

I just got home its 5am, there is a disaster in my gro room. I was just getting ready to go to bed, lights off, tv off, QUIET. I hear a noise in my grow room like something is running around in there and thought that my rromates ferret got in, or a BIG house mouse or something. After i listened to it for a second I heard a pattern, so i knew there wasnt an animal, this is a good thing.... but i still had to see what the noise was, it was something noticable. So I had to open the cab, IN THE DARK PERIOD . Turns out that the duct that i had from my cooltube to the wall broke and fell on my BB#1 and simply, laid her down .

So now instead of sleeping in tomoro till about noon I have to wake up and put up new duct AND re-hang my light. I still dont understand what caused the aluminum duct to simple break in the middle of the entire length?? I'm guessing that the duct got too hot b/c I have no inline yet, and the wire inside of the duct got weak and gave allowing the duct to rip.

So now it's 6AM and the post is done, I guess im just staying up for an hour till 7 when the lights come on to repair BB#1 and my duct and assesing further damages. I hope the other are alright, since I didnt really have a long time to investigate since it was the DARK PERIOD.

    Great night.

    Ahh! Your experienced now!

Good luck, things should be fine, just stay positive and try to relax.

Prop BB#1 up, and give a drop of superthrive in water, if you have any superthrive.

    How are the repairs going?
