White Widow Question
Hey guys,
I'm in Week 3 of flowering on my WW, first solo grow (helped a buddy once), all the pics I see have these nice crystals on them...do I need to turn down/off my fan to prevent these from getting blown off?
May seem like a dumb question but, I'm kinda torn between turning the fan off or not.ThaRaven7 Reviewed by ThaRaven7 on . White Widow Question
This ran around the boards years ago regarding fans being to strong and blowing trichs off. Now I guess this could happen if it was super windy, and this depends on what type of fan you are using, but I doubt this is your problem. Now the 3rd week of flowering means that they have pretty much just started to bud. Stretching can last 3 weeks, so give them some time. You are 12/12 right? Do the plants look healthy? Light leaks?

White Widow Question
Oh, I'm sorry, I think you misunderstood me...I don't actually have any problems, I was just curious if it could become a problem a bit later.
Nope, everything looks good thus far. Got it on 12/12 and made sure I had no light leaks before I began flowering (tension rod and a shower curtain worked great) I started with 3, but 2 were male so just one girl left. She looks pretty good, except that she was light deprived for much of veg (budget problems), so she's a bit "stringy". But since I bought an 8 lamp T5 fixture, she's loving the light.
Maybe I'll do a grow log for my next grow, which will commence immediately after this harvest. I'm using Ace Hardware Organic Soil, Miracle Grow Nursery Select 20-20-20 w/ Epsom Salts, and Schultz Bloom Plus w/ Epsom Salts every other watering during flowering.
Thanks for the reply though, it's much appreciated.
