Munch out of fruit, that's what I do. In fact about 60% of my diet is fruits and vegies. They're more filling than you'd think and your body will thank you for all the nutrition. not to mention it does wonders for your digestion!

Also I suck on vitamin-C tablets, it's like a healthy form of candy. If you want to be really healthy about it though, get the ones without any apsertame falvouring. Aspertame does make it taste a lot better, but that shit's carcinogenic and generally not good for you.
