Southern California Wildfires!
I apologize if the fires have affected you in some negative way, but this region is the Chaparall, the animals and plants living here are well adapted to deal the hot, dry, and sometimes fiery conditions.
If you live there, you should be aware of the conditions that can arise. Similar to the residents on the coastlines of the U.S. You live right next to the ocean, there's a chance you will be hit by a hurricane or tropical storm, you have no one but yourself to blame if you get caught in one.
On the flip side, since the Chaparall is so hot and dry, it's easy for human to cause fires..which aren't natural. The remembrance of today, is the sad feelin of tomorrow
-Bob Marley
I read somewhere, how important it is in life, not necessarily to be strong, but to feel strong. To measure yourself at least once, to find yourself at least once in the most ancient of human conditions - Into the Wild
