I am mentally clear this morning... I had a bout of lakkanooky over the weekend but the elixir showed up at my tenants' apartment last night, a pleasant surprise, and gave two thumbs (among other things) up to the hash...
    LMAO!

i havnt used these before but a tip that i read somewhere to make the bags last longer is to do your aggitating in a bucket without the bags in it then pour into the bucket with the bags in. they are supposed to be sturdy though. though expensive. someone else found these and i think i will try these first.Blick Cord-Stretched Frame with 110 Monofilament Polyester Mesh - BLICK art materials
if you look under screen printing you can find different frames, material, and hole sizes. the op said that the monofilament is what you need not the multifillament.
with the right screen sizes you should be able to do both dry and bubble with these screens.
good job stinky i have always wanted to try making some.

Yeah that's exactly what I did. You can agitate more vigorously too that way.

I almost forgot how much work the bags are.
I just put 150 grams of trim into the x-tractor, fill halfway with ice and water (just until the material is wet), let it soak for a few hours, fill it with more ice and water until it reaches the level of the agitators, turn it on, add ice as needed, and 8 to 15 hours later, I pull the liner with the trim out. Then when I see the trichomes stop falling, I pour what's in the cruet at the bottom through a coffee filter, and walk away with at least a half ounce golf ball of sticky golden hash.
