So, Vapir sent me a prepaid envelope and I shipped the unit back. Today, I got confirmation that they are sending me a new unit and it will be delivered by DHL. Let's hope this new one works! But, so far the company has handled this problem extremely well!

I was really really excited when I got the thing and now that i've used it 10 times or so, I'm really disappointed. I can't seem to get what I need out of the herbs.
