Depending on scale, I tend to say the Bushy Old Grower method which I love and adapted a little- veg under shop lights, flower under the biggest HPS you have space for, use a buffered packaged compost... link is in myu siggy. Cheap and easy.

Hydro takes close monitoring and a basic knowledge of water chemistry, among other things. Your primary water source plays a part in your success.
Anything worth doing is going to take effort.

Easiest way to grow?
Ive grown outdoors and in cabinets, I like 5 gallon buckets better than the ground they seems to grow faster, than outdoors.
Good soil, good seeds, good drainage, fan for oxygen, sunlight or bulb light, dont exceed 95F or under 45F, and a little TLC, the babies dont like to get cold
My exp. if ya have good weed
you get good seeds

Easiest way to grow?
Easiest way is to throw some seeds out in the back yard and turn the sprinkler water pressure down during the later half of flowering.
My friend did this and did nothing but cut it down. It grew right in the middle of his backyard lawn, they just mowed around it and weeded around the precious 5 foot plant. Turned out straight Bawm erb I wouldnt do this if you bought seeds online.

This wouldn't ensure you the best bud, if any at all... but the easiest way would be to pop the seed in the ground and come back every once in awhile, LOL. I wouldn't recommend it, though.
The thing about growing the ganja is that it's not easy. So really, the easiest way to do it would be to not try - but then you're not really going to be guaranteed any good bud, if any at all. Well, I guess when growing you're not always 100% guaranteed any bud at all anyway, since disaster can strike at any time! Word up to the streetz! Shout out to my homeboy Playdead, and all the brothas in the struggle! Word is bond.

Germ the plants at home just before spring starts and veg them under shop lights for at least a few weeks. When spring comes and the frost stops transplant them outside somewhere. Somewhere really safe. Come back from time to time to check them and to sex them when they show. Pull the males then and in a couple months harvest. No guarantee on yield but i know people that would start like 70 plants like this and normally harvested only about 10-20 but they were all like 7 feet tall and had huge buds.
