i didn't know that you had adhd, but there alot of things you can do to help with it involving your diet and exercise.

unfortunately the 'dealing' with reality part is the thing that you have been putting off. ive been in the same situation myself and theres nothing you can do but face it head on and take the strain. its shows you your worth too.

i know you said you have had a break. but it might be worth trying to live in reality 24/ and sort it out. then when shit is good and you have got it under wraps you can escape for a little while.
