I'd assume they'd use the weight to calculate the value. What does the fuzz consider weight? The entier plant, stalk, fan leaves and all? Do they base it on the size of the plant at the time of the bust or the or the size potential? Do they take into consideration the strain ('cause lowrider strains would produce less per plant...)?
