Absolutely. Try getting a little exercise and eat a little less before toking again. Or wait longer? Nonetheless, it's not like your tolerance will remain the same after not smoking for a while.

Yes... always for worse... i feel more irritated, more influenced by small things, sleep less, feel more energetic (what i, personally, dont like, as i feel anxious)... of course, my mind goes somewhat sharper after some days without smoking, but its the only good thing about it.
Yet, when i smoke i feel peaceful, relaxed, at ease with the world, happy... in short words, life is very damn good when stoned.
As the bad effects of not smoking are far greater than the good ones (for me), i smoke every day!:rastasmoke::stoned:

When I quit the first time around way back in highschool. I noticed after 3 months I did think a hell of a lot clearer and had more energy, but that was after 3 months.

I haven't smoked for 3 weeks and I feel great.

Cannabis helped me see what I needed to fix in my life, and now I feel more clear headed, energetic, and just plain better.

I feel now for me that cannabis should be used lightly, like once or twice a week if I do smoke. I won't smoke again probably until next Summer at least though.

I smoked daily for 2 years, and smoked for 2.5 years.

I noticed that if I didn't think about smoking when I came off it Oct 2nd, then I was fine. For the first few days, 3-4, that I was a little more irritated. Now I don't need herb to stay calm and peaceful, I'm just this way now after smoking herb for so long in my eyes.

Herb helped me see the world from a different perspective. I now see what deserves my energy and effort, and what doesn't.

    Thank you Cannabis.

Personally I would rather be high 24/7. But that is just me.

I can function fine either high or straight.

However I notice I have more patience with people if I am high. I can also deal with stress better stoned. Also I am a motivated stoner. I do not sit around and watch TV all day. I get out and do something.

Not being stoned is okay and all.

But if I had my wish I would be stoned the rest of my life.

BTW: I have been straight for the last month. Waaaaaaaa!

i've heard of irritability as being one of the "withdrawal" symptoms, as well as discomfort/headaches/etc.......

but i think the only true symptom is some degree of insomnia, which has got to be mostly if not fully psychological -- the lack of sleep can lead to any of the other symptoms.

aside from appetite loss, that is, which is most definitely psychological.

my friend missy didn't smoke this past summer, because she was taking some pretty hard summer classes. she said that she was really clear-headed, able to focus well, and felt as if she was a bit sharper and way less forgetful.

when i don't smoke i get irritable, can't sleep, little things piss me off easily, stuff like that. but i do remember things much easier when i haven't smoked for awhile

I do get more motivated maybe...but, I get headaches, I get angry at everything, I turn into an asshole, I can't sleep, and my appetite gets all messed up. I think I that, fibromialga, however you spell it, but whatever it is smoking helps it.
