Why should/do people take out the stems/seeds/sun leaves from their weed? And what exactly does a seed and a sun leaf look like? (pics?) And if grinding up your weed is better for smoking? I'm really curious because for the past year i just break up the weed with my hands, stems and all, roll it up and smoke. It gets me high and I have a strong tolerance for THC but if I can get higher : ) ?

take the stems and seeds out because they're just unnecessary. grinders are conveinient but i personally do not own one.
