I think we should legalize it fully (with taxes). My friend argues that cannabis should be decriminalized for personal use, but that's as far as it should go. I personally would like to see it legalized, taxed, and regulated like tobacco and alcohol; but ensure that private citizens can go it on their own if they so please (no selling though).
