    indoors ? outdoors ?
if outdoors in which country or state (climate)?
what taste do u want? indica? sativa?
    in how long?
Conditions the plants live in often make more than the kind of seeds... If you have perfect indoor conditions, and space an time, i would recommend u seeds of Northern Light #5x Haze (137?) or Jack Herer (150?).
Note these plants are not adapted to newbies and need strict regulation. The prices are the actual prices of "The Sensi Seed Bank" in amsterdam.
If u plan to plant outside and don't know what you are doing, i would rather not try the "best weed", but a weed you will having something to smoke at the end... so here any outdoor plant could do... early skunk is very easy and could bring up to 500gr, while it's not very potent. Jamaican pearl is a bit harder to grow, but will be able to bring you round 400gr of better weed...

Anyway, usually, the most potent the weed, the hardest it is to have optimum conditions that let it develop it's potency... The best plant with poor conditions will give you poor weed...
