Well I really do not have to worry about eating and gaining weight because I am a motivated smoker.

If you smoke and then go out and do things you do not have to worry about gaining weight.

I usually try to eat before I get stoned. Then I smoke up and go out and hike or practice martial arts. I am completely involved in something for several hours, then I come back and eat and then smoke.

If I start to get lazy I use getting high as a reward for getting something done. Usually it is something that I have been procrastinating on doing. I then feel that I have accomplished something. Then I get high.
