Yeah, the right hand photo looks like a male. That is clearly a ball there on the left side. Tall is not necessarily equal to healthy. I think you ought to revise what you like in a plant, if the ones you "favor" are turning out to be males! I am getting pretty good at looking at a plant and sexing it by the way it looks. Females tend to have shorter internodes. Males tend to sex out earlier than females, so you are getting them out of the way.
