Growing good bud with out all the rifraf?

I just chopped up my mother plant into a bunch of wee little clones , I was wondering if I could grow with about 5 CFLs to 4 clones? I don't want to get to advanced with all these diffrent Hps or Mh err ne of that... Will CFLs, through vegging then add more during flowering, produce a good yeild for my 4 clones?
