I finally figured out that was what was giving me headaches. I had read about how that can be a side effect of artificial sweeteners. I didn't drink any for a couple days and the headaches went away. Then I drank a glass yesterday, and bam. Stuffs not for me anyways (I don't feel like being sued today). But it's so damned good. Especially with something chocolate, damn-it. I guess I'll have to find another low-carb drink.
I also couldn't find where to put this thread. So I decided the lounge, about nothing is good.
Health is kind of a hobby for me. I was drinking 16 oz. of water every two hours (until 5PM so I wouldn't have to pee at night) but got tired of peeing so much all day and cut down. But I'm back on it thinking there are so many toxins in everything maybe this will help flushing my system. Maybe. Whatever.
