Not rootbound yet.

When I flush, should I be flushing with only water, or flush with a 1/2 strength nute solution 2 or 3 gallons per plant?

I will be doing this tonight.

The white stuff on the leaves is a defficiency then rather than mildew?
Will a solution of soapy water fix it if it is mildew or should I go and get some neem oil?


I'm at a point that I am ready to throw everything out, lean everything and start from one clone however do NOT want to go to that extreme.
