What's the point
Had a job interview and application this moring. Took me 30 min to fill out the application. The second the secretary saw my felony for marijuana growing in 1997 I got rejected instanttaniously.
I was more than qualified for the position.
The job wasn't even that great. just a regular job.
I been going to school for over 4 years earning several certificates and an associates degree and less than 40 credit hours short of a Bachelors.
This happens every time I look for a professional job.NextGen Reviewed by NextGen on . What's the point Had a job interview and application this moring. Took me 30 min to fill out the application. When you lie and they find out your auto rejected, no questions asked. They'll find out and have no choice. drrr
This company I applied for has a certain policy I guess. She said "security something " We cant take this any further until this is cleared. I'm thinking, it's a felony lady "felonys dont get cleared, that's why their felonies".

ugh such discrimination. my mother has the same problem, as well. since she has a few felonies she can barely work anywhere. what was bush rambling about before the reelection.. giving ex cons more freedoms/opportunities? what a lying bastard. then again, most of us knew that all along.
