I had a friend tell me he dipped a blunt in green dragon and let it dry. then they smoked it. is this possible?

Sure you could do that.

Yeah its possible. Although it kind of defeats the object of green dragon as you are smoking the THC anyway.

not to mention the fact that since teh bluntwrap wont absorb much alcohol...that there with be a uselessly small amount of THC in it, and more than likele, a hgiher amount fo potato based residue from the vodka you used (yelch, fermented potato is NOT a blunt flavour!)
