This see-saw battle over MJ decriminalization has been going on for a long time. Nothing has been solved and in the meantime police have been armed with tasers and have killed two innocent men. Also, my property taxes are about to jump 10% to afford all those shiny new police cruisers under the threat of further social program cutbacks.
