smoking while congested

i usually only smoke on average once a week, but last week i went home from college and smoked all weekend. all this week i've been pretty congested, coughing up alot. i don't think it's from the smoke, i just have more mucus coming into my lungs. lots of phlegm etc. i really want to smoke tonight and tommorow, i got a new dugout that i want to try out. im not so sure though, could smoking weed clear up my congestion or make it a ton worse?

Well for me when I smoke out of anything that has Ice in it I feel cleared out. When I had the flew I smoked a couple times and while I was smoking it was as if I were perfectly fine but about 20 30 mins later I was right back where I started.

At the end of the day what do you have to loose.....besides your health that is.

well i can tell you that the phlegm is from the smoking.. its to coat your throat and what not from the smoke inhalation. I dont think it would help out with congestion though.. probably make it a lil worse... or not even effect it. let me know..PeaCe:hippy:
