if i could creat my own country it would be simple... you could whatever you wanted so long as it didn't harm someone else... a truly free country... of course, like every county i'd eventually pass laws against things that fit but are still morally wrong... (for example, the saying what they don't know won't hurt them.... scam artist could use that)

but my country would remain as free as possible.... if you wanted to kill yourself by doing something stupid.... be my guest.... i see it as another form of natural selection... you just have to do so in a way that it doesn't harm anyone else.

i too would have a three strike rule (since i would be so lienent on rules, any breakage of them would be a major disreguard of said rule, whereas in america, three strikes can even be something minimal...) but i wouldn't lock you up for long ammounts of time in my actual country... i'd have an island created (or charter a treaty with another country to imprison you) and you would be banished forever.....

since i'm going to be so liberal with rules and laws, i expect you to follow the ones i DO set out.... it's as close to eutopia as you'll ever get, and i'm not going to keep allowing you the pleasure of living in my country if you can't follow the most basic rule of all time.... don't harm/hurt or otherwise put in danger, a life that is not your own.


lastly, we would not have money.... everyone will work, as a community, which in fact would greatly reduce work load overall compared ot what we know. there would be a required minimum output expected of you (extremely far from strenous tho) and in return you would recieve nessicary supplies.... but at the same time, you could choose to work harder on your own to produce more then the minimum to make trades with others to get your wants (of course it would be taxed, but only enough to cover the materials you used to make the items for your own personal profits)... say i assign you to make 10 loafs of bread a day... once you make 10, you can choose to quit for the day, or continue working to make soem loafs for yourself to trade with someone in charge of say, producing milk....

you would also have the choice to sell (after tax) your products to the outside world for their currency to buy items we could not or do not produce within our community... but no matter how much you work to make money, you will still be expected to produce your minimum output daily, and there are no exceptions (well, aside from disabled, really young, or really older people) just because your wealthy doesn't mean you can fly above the rest of us.... everyone, including i, that is capable of working to better our community, will work.
