Yes cannabis is illegal in southern ireland but the penalties are less severe than in America. And the fighting in Ireland with Nationalists and unionists is the result of the British imperialists wanting to invade and take control of every country. Rapists and murederers were taken out of prisons in England, put into the army and sent over here to reak havoc.
