Help! I dunno which kind of SCROG to do. Would a spiral or vertical scrog be my highest yielder. I've seen some tiny footprints doing vertical scrogs. Is this the way to go?

I'm gunna be scrogging Arjian's Haze #3. Any advice dudes??? I'll be using a 400 or 600 cool tube hps setup.
