I think i have a serious nutrient problem???

Some body any body please help!!! This plant is in a 1/2 gallon plastic potting plant. I have 5 total and this is the only one that looks like this. I have been using 20-30-20 nutrients for about a week however the problem has been going on well before the fert. The plant is under (2) 40W florescent lights and i just added (2) 40W Plant and aquarium florescent lights. I am wondering what the problem might be.

Like Weedhound suggested, it is probably due to a pH problem. You will need to do a soil runoff test to determine the pH of your soil.

A nutrient deficiency is most likely the culprit and that deficiency is most likely due to your soil pH being too high/low for your plants to absorb nutrients.

thanks alot for the comments. I'll pick up a digital PH tester next week. We've been using a shitty cheap soil tester and it looks like it might be a little acidic.
