Usually we follow the "If you didn't buy the weed, you buy the food" rule. Also of course the dude who owns the weed gets greens, or if we do multiple bowls, we switch it off. Also, if you smoke someone down with nothing in return (food or something), that person has to smoke you down later on.

For example: It is a stoner's tradition, that every time he or she gets a new peice. That person gives a name to the new peice.
