last time i toked was bout 2 weeks n before that was bout a week n before that i was tokin like 2-3 joints a day

Read the dillution sticky's.
Short course:
Morning of the test drink lots of gatorade
piss 3 or 4 times before the test
take your midstream test

Or if at all possible pick up some synthetic urine and use that.
