there really is none
you want an orangish red light for flower around 2700-3000 kelvin for flower
you want a blueish 5000-6500 kelvin for veg
you can supposibly use the green light in flower during the night time hrs if you have to get some work done and it not hurt the plant as jorge cevantes says

Plants are green because they don't absord green light, they reflect it.

That's why a lot of growers use green bulbs in their flower rooms so they can still maintain the plants even during their 12 hours of "darkness".

Plants do use some green light. Its just a very very small amount.

Not sure I understand your question but if you're asking about green and red bulbs they are not for growing. Yes a green bulb can be used to work in room. I don't know what you'd do with a red light. The reason a plant looks green is because that's the wavelength it reflects and does not absorb.
