I think anti depressants are handed out way too readily by many docs. Start taking care of yourself, eat regularly and well, exercise, try to establish a good sleep pattern. And if at all possible, find yourself a good meditation teacher and set aside some time everyday to just meditate.

Do yourself a favour tho, seriously, try to get off those pills. OH, and find a new therapist - your one sounds like an arse. I hope things get better soon xx
