Belleza says run a mile... yes.. you should excercise... that is the key to life.. excercise is the ultimate high.. 100000000 times better than weed.. running, jumping, frisbee is great.. make sure you sweat, jump rope!!!

second.... after you excercise your ass off... read a little..

third... get Eckhart Tole "Power of Now"... get head phones and turn it on very soft..
so you can barley hear it... now try your hardest to stay awake and listen to the NOW... you'll be asleep in no time : )

Now hear is the biggest trick in life..... If you "try to sleep"(or "try to do anything"), you can't do it.... cause your already doing something... your "trying"..
