If u take pills for sleep then i guess cammomile tea wont work lol.Now thats the most rediculous thing ive ever heard.When i was preg i was on nothing so could never sleep the doc told me to drink that bad tasting useless rubbish.It may be a good antioxidant but no good for sleep.I have done aromatherapy i can give u some essential oil mixes used for relaxation and sleep if u want me to it may help.I have a special mix for anxiety and that works for me that just helps me to relax so that i can try to sleep.In an oil burner or diffuser or as a massage oil.
