Pills can be bad after a while so dont go on them cause they can be addictive too.I wont give u any advice on relaxation techniques like ive been told because they dont work.GOOD LUCK
without weed i dont think id ever sleep ive tried relaxation techniqes and they did fuck all for me too. i dont exercise much i suppose this would help? thanks for your goodluck message im gonna need it.
