I think they'll be doing fine just as soon as you give them a few flushes of distilled or PH balanced, chlorine neutralized water. You should not give plants any ferts the first 2 weeks, and they could be suffering from burn. After the dirt almost completely dries out, you can start watering and fertilizing at 1/4 strength at first, then over a period of about 4 or 5 weeks you can slowly work your way up to full strength. Just remember to let them almost completely dry out between waterings. Roots do much better if they have to search for moisture a little. Anyway, they look pretty good overall.

And get them some decent fluorescent lights. A blue wavelength for vegging and a red wavelength for budding. The more the better. HID lights when you can afford them and the ventilation that goes with them.
