Thats a good place to start. They actually have labrotaries that sell it over the internet. Ive met a couple people that purchased some. Yah i tried doing the experiment in the video and it didn't work. I searched around youtube and it turns out it was a clever hoax done with strings. And i thought i was gonna do an awesome experiment

The reason he is so discounted is that the "Hutchison" effected named after him, in which objects appear to levitate or float couldnt be reproduced. He was supposed to film this effect for the discovery channel, but was un-able to. Basically, he used a wire to make the objects look like they were levitating, denied it, and then admitted to it while it was all clearly visible in the video.
