Bat guano
A while back, I owned a landscaping business, and we occasionally used a product called "Nutra Sorb K-Prime" on golf course turf and commercial lawns. It was extremely high in potassium, was water soluble, and came from a company called Organic Laboratories, Inc. I'm not 100% sure if the product is entirely organic in nature, but it might be worth looking into. I think they have a website, too...I'm pretty sure it's either "www.organiclaboratories.com" or "www.organiclabs.com".
