This is scary shit, and I'm grateful everyday that I don't live in the US. So much for your liberty and freedom. It should NOT be an employer's right to test people for nicotine. I'm willing to accept that some companies might test for weed, which is illegal, but tobacco is completely legal and there is no reason to do this nazi shit.

What's next? They won't hire gays just because? They won't hire anyone with hair too long or too short? They won't hire anyone who's not 25 and good-looking? (After all, company image is important, right?)

Heh, I heard today the Kim Jong Il over in North Korea has declared it illegal for men to have hair longer than 5 cm (or about 2 in.). Wow, it seems America and North Korea aren't so different after all...
