Yeah, a monkey bump is the same as a frog..where you hit someone on their forearm with you middle finger knuckle and it causes a large bump on the forearm.

you forgot donkey punch and dead legging (which is 'frogging' the front of the leg halfway between the knee and hipjoint with your knee)

there's also another intresting one, i'm not sure of the name of, but it fits in with this type of thing... 'frogging' someoens funny bone.... it huuuuuuuuuurts like a son of a bitch.... it makes your entire arm feel like you put your finger into a 110 outlet.... and then the pain comes, the normal pain of hitting your funny bone..
