if you really can't come to terms with the smoke, the weed might not be mature, or it might have some other ailment to it...sometimes when I smoke off a friend's stash or something it's much harsher than my own...if it's heat that's bothering you, try getting more air into the chamber(considering you're using a bong or such)...also for heat...when I first started smoking I couldn't handle the heat very well because all I had were small 12 oz bottles to make bongs with, so I just coiled up some stripped copper wire into a tangled jungle of horseshit and put that into the bottle to absorb some heat...be creative dude...I don't think you're dying...I think you did it wrong...and if you're worried about why your lungs are being stupid...you might not be able to sleep because of anxiety...it's sneaky...but no worries friend...it'll pass...the herb will fix it all...smoke more...

I smoked what was left of my stash, and a little black smoke had come out when it was burned out of my SoBe waterfall. I cant sleep now and feel as if my lungs are going to burst.:wtf3: Rating: 5

I think you may have smoked some foreign object- insect, chemical ferts, odd bit of trash, etc. Take a day or so off from toking. You're young, you'll heal. :thumbsup: And to minimize damage to your lungs, get a vaporizer! - Granny :hippy:
