I know that almost any plant that I'm aware of will be extracted by being allowed to soak in alcohol long enough. Does the method of making green dragon in which you heat the herb first to reduce time work on other plants as well?

Im almost sure that it works... as heat increases the speed of most chemical processes. But the only way to know for sure is trying it.

I understand that you would run the decarboxylation process to convert thca to thc (correct me if I'm wrong). What happens with other plants? Say, doing it with Kava or something simple like Lavender.

Well... it depends of each plant... the THCA and the THC are present only in cannabis (if you know any other plant which contain THC, please tell me!!). So, making this conversion only makes sense with weed. The active substances of other plants are different, and have their own chemistry, which may be very different from the chemistry of cannabinoids.

Also, if you did that with a mixture of plants, given you would need more alcohol, would the plants be in the way of each other's extraction process? If I mixed weed with Kava, or Kratom, or anything, would it hurt the process? Or just make a mixed substance at the end?

Thats a good question... i really dont know. There is some plants which interfere with others (as happens in the ayahuasca), so it only could be answered if you knew the chemical properties of each plant... anyway, again, the best way for knowing it is testing... If you get any results, please post here, so we all will know.
