Actually it's not "cancer" paper. It was just a name given to it, and its purpose is to prevent the mouth side of the cigar from getting soaked with saliva

The cancer paper is usually a lighter color than the rest of the blunt and yeah, its at the end of the blunt on the mouth side.

Black & Milds have a white paper inside of them. For some reason the football players at my school take them out and call it the "cancer paper." They don't re-roll with weed though. They just pack the tobacco in.

    I don't get it. :wtf:

That's pretty funny if they think they're being a lot healthier taking the cancer paper out.

I've never actually smoked a blunt with the cancer paper, from my first to the present I have or someone else has always taken it out. Is it really that harmful? Does it really taste bad? I truly don't know

YES, it makes the blunts taste really harsh, that why i roll j's, if you roll a blunt w/o the paper and the bacco and you roll a blunt with out removing anything else but the bacco you can tell the dif. the paper makes your throat feel like its on fire when you take hits.
