Definitely nute burn. Plants that small shouldn't be getting any nutes. Just use straight water for the first week or two, or at least until they start growing a couple branches. Then start slowly with 25% strength and work your way up over the course of a couple weeks. Its one of those few times in life where more is not better.

I know that some of you will see the pics and know immediately. I have two separate veg kits in DWC. Two days ago the leaves in one veg kit (White Widow strain) were looking yellowish.
