I approve of angry nomad's use of the semi-colon.

#1. The colon is used when prefacing a list
The colon is used when prefacing a definition of the word preceding the colon.

Angry Nomad was not prefacing a list nor was he defining the "firecracker," thus a colon is not entirely necessary.

The semi colon has numerous uses.

#2. Language (including spelling, pronunciation, and grammar) was invented to facilitate communication. If the receiver understands the message clearly, then effective communication has been achieved.

I both understood and enjoyed Angry Nomad's post.

I am sorry I cannot tell you the amounts exactly. I guess each firecracker has about a bowl's worth of weed in it. T+ 0:05: a very slight pleasant feeling. my face feels vaguely warm. (My face always heats up and sweats slightly when I am high.) I will eat another one at 10:00 if I am not as high as I'd like to be. T+ 0:10: my teeth feel funny. This happens whenever I get high, it's hard to describe. I am Rating: 5
