Alright this one doesn't fit the guidelines but I think it would be neat.
Put a weed-leaf person getting arrested. It doesn't matter what the slogan is. I think that melodious fellow's "America: Home of the Free
Making Plants Illegal Since 1937!" would be pretty cool. That design would definitely make it more complicated if you are doing each color separately.

as for my idea: I'd say Characterize a cannabis leaf. make him wear a suit, chilling behind the Presidents desk in his chair. feet on the desk, and him with his hands behind his back with him closing his eyes. A BUNCH of important bull shit on his desk...IRAQ, IRAN, and ONE book titled "HOW TO: be a president for dummies" and give him a thought bubble..... and put in it
